Crash Team

The ship went down and buried itself under a mountain. Every crew member went dark. You are the ship’s control program, and one drone has just answered your call.

Wake the crew, power the wreck, and get the main terminal running.

Needs a mouse and keyboard. “Crash Team” is a working title.

Controls

This switches the drone to manual until you give it a job or turn Auto-work back on. Right-click rock, rubble or wreckageQueue it as a job. With drones selected, they start on it now and return to auto-work. Unselected drones take jobs in queue order and never drop a job they’re doing. RubbleEvery mined wall leaves rubble. Drops stay buried until it’s cleared. Drones can walk over it, slowly. Work modeAll-round, Mine, Clear or Collect, set in a drone’s panel. Drones only take jobs their mode covers. Upgrade packsPrint them at the drone printer for ore. Select a drone, press Upgrade and pick a pack. Red mines faster, blue clears faster, green moves faster, each with a trade-off. Rename

Pick a new name. It stays with your crew from level to level.

The Captain’s core is installed. Command protocols, ship schematics and forty years of service, all restored.
